01 Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Metaready's playtesting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

02 Services

Metaready provides playtesting services for video games, including but not limited to games developed for Roblox, Fortnite, and other gaming platforms. Our services include:

• • Coordinating real player playtests
• • Providing feedback reports and bug documentation
• • Video recordings of gameplay sessions (where applicable)
• • Developer consultation (for applicable packages)

03 Payment Terms

All payments are due before playtesting services begin. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. We accept payment via methods specified at checkout. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

04 Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your game and its content. By using our services, you grant Metaready a limited license to access and test your game solely for the purpose of providing playtesting services. We will not share, distribute, or claim ownership of your game content.

05 Confidentiality

We understand that your game may contain confidential information. Our playtesters are bound by confidentiality agreements. However, we cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality and recommend not sharing highly sensitive unreleased content.

06 Limitation of Liability

Metaready provides playtesting feedback on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any decisions made based on our feedback, any bugs not discovered during testing, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

07 Refund Policy

If we are unable to complete your playtest for any reason on our end, you will receive a full refund. Once a playtest has been completed and a report delivered, no refunds will be issued. Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

08 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
